Featured Route: W8 - Terrytown

The W-8 Terrytown route operates Monday through Friday and provides service from Oakdale Park & Ride to the Wilty Terminal.  It also provides service to the New Orleans Central Business District (CBD) during morning (6 AM to 9 AM) and afternoon (3 PM to 6 PM) peak hours.   The W8 route connects with several JeT routes, including the E2 – Airport, the W2 – Westbank Expressway, and the W3-Lapalco.  The W8 route also connects with RTA routes in the New Orleans CBD and with the Algiers Local route at the Wilty Terminal. 

Besides the New Orleans CBD, some popular stops on the Westbank of Jefferson Parish include the Oakwood Shopping Center, Skate Country, and the Ochsner Medical Center-Westbank.  In addition to these popular stops, there are a myriad of stores, restaurants, and schools interspersed with residential areas along the route.  The W8-Terrytown route provides a solution to many of your shopping needs.  Just get on and see where it takes you!!
