“No person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

Title VI Complaint Procedure
Any person who believes he or she has been unlawfully discriminated against on the basis of race, color or national origin in violation of Title VI as a result of a JeT action may file a complaint with JeT. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with JeT within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory action.
